CT Press Club Takes Third in National Awards

The winners of the 2025 Connecticut Press Club Awards went on to finish third overall in the national contest, sponsored by the National Federation of Press Women (NFPW). Six Connecticut winners claimed individual victories on the national level, with another 21 being recognized in their categories.

Our History

The Connecticut Press Club is open to any communications professional in the state of Connecticut, as well as college students pursuing communications degrees, regardless of gender. The Connecticut Press Club, which is an affiliate of the National Federation of Press Women (NFPW), was founded in the 1970s as the Connecticut Women’s Press Club. Its membership has expanded from print and broadcast journalists to now include all types of communications professionals who live or work anywhere in the state, including authors, podcasters and public relations professionals.
